Supply Chain Manager at CSL Limited in Union, SC
Responsibilities:
oAssists Site leadership, and at times, Plasma and Supply Chain executive leadership team in establishing, implementing and maintaining the facility's and company's strategic objectives related to supply chain including critical vendor management, purchasing, planning and inventory control. oLeads facility's Sourcing process as part of the Strategic Sourcing Plan for CSL Plasma. Ensures key relationship management functions are carried out with all strategic suppliers to ensure that strong relationships are maintained and to foster an environment for continuous improvement. As appropriate, conducts strategic negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best contractual terms and conditions for the company. oProvides strategic direction, leadership and overall management for the solutions manufacturing planning function to ensure customer requirements are supported within an operating model that optimizes cost per unit, working capital requirements and cash flow. Develops models and contingency plans to capitalize on short term, non-recurring opportunities. oProvides leadership and coordination in the establishment and maintenance of automated systems for managing materials management functions including solutions and raw material inventories and purchasing in order to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness. oApproves all current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)changes pertaining to Materials Management. oManages staff, including selection, training, development, coaching and termination with guidance from Human Resources. Appraises employee performance and provides feedback and counseling to staff. oDevelops and manages to an annual budget designed to meet or exceed objectives by continuous review of performance against KPIs.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Science or related field or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education required. o Certification in Purchasing Management (CPM) and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred. o Seven (7) or more year's direct experience in a purchasing function with increasing responsibility required. At least two years in related industry required.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
